We try and be as helpful to every guest at Trentfield to make your stay as enjoyable as possible without being
to stuffy !
However, as life is, There are a few ground rules to make sure everybody has a good time.
- All guests & visitors to report to reception on arrival. Any balance is payable on arrival.
- Speed limit strictly walking pace on site at all times.
- Dogs on leads at all times, including the drive and marked areas.
- Please use the dog walks as detailed in the information pack and as marked.
- Please do not feed the horses or animals
- Ball games only where safe, and not to annoy other customers.
- All visitors to fill in registration card on arrival.
- Use and respect the country code
- Please use rubbish bins/skips and recycle point.
- Consider your neighbors. No loud music. Quiet, please after 11.00pm without exception
- In wet conditions ask for assistance before getting stuck.
- No vehicle movements after 11.00pm except in emergency. Please park outside the gate until morning. Gates are locked 11.30pm - 7.30am.
- Single night stays are 24 hours from time of arrival. Additional time will attract a further fee unless by arrangement.
- No VW camper vans unless stated upon booking
- All incidents/accidents occurring on site must be reported to reception.
- A £25 deposit is required at time of booking.
